Change Your Mind?

No problem. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the product to us. You must follow these return instructions.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping expense.

Gift wrapping is not refundable.

Need a Different Size?

We will gladly exchange it for you if you return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. We do require that you cover the shipping cost to send the product(s) back to us, but we will ship your exchange free of charge via USPS Priority Mail. Limit one free exchange per order. You must follow these exchange instructions.

If you would like to receive your new size faster you can place a new order and then simply return the incorrect size by following these return instructions.

Receive a Defective Product?

If you receive a defective product we will replace it if you contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. If you believe the product was damaged in shipping, please let us know so we can contact the shipping provider.

If a product goes bad after you start using it, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you need help locating the manufacturer please let us know.
