Step 1: Request an Exchange Authorization Code

Send an email to returns@ebabycarriers.com.

Include all of this information:

• Your full order number (as displayed on your invoice or confirmation email).
• The product(s) you would like to exchange.

You will typically receive a response within 24 hours.

Step 2: Ship the Product(s) Back To Us

Once you've received an Exchange Authorization Code, package up the product(s) carefully and include a note with the new size that you'd like to exchange the product(s) for. On the outside of the package write your Exchange Authorization Code and ship it to this address:

We recommend that you ship it all items back to us via an insured and trackable carrier. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

Important Info

• We must receive your exchange within 21 days as clearly stated in our return policy.
• Packages received without a Return Authorization Code will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and take approximately 1 week to process.
